Shipping Policy - Our aim is to ship orders within 3 business days to mainland UK, unless stated otherwise. For example if you order a PREORDER item or if it states on a specific item the timescale it takes to receive.  If you order any items that are ready for dispatch immediately alongside any PREORDER or longer timescale items your order will be shipped once all items are ready. Please note once your parcel is with Royal Mail we will have a tracking number for all orders.
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail with the following shipping options
2nd class signed for £3.85

1st class signed for £4.85

Special delivery £7.65
Worldwide shipping is available at a flat rate of £15

Refund Policy - We have a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item/s to request a return. 
Your item/s must be in the same condition you received them in, unworn, with tags still attached .

Once your return has been accepted we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Customer will pay return postage costs along with exchange postage costs. Please note postage costs cannot be refunded.
Once your return has been received it will be inspected and you will be notified as to whether your refund has been approved. 
Once approved your refund will be issued, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show.
